Users who bought iGK6X keyboards ( iGK61, iGK61P, iGK62 and iGK64 ) before December 6, 2017 may upgrade your keyboards freely, only need do the following:

1) Download new firmware updator tool ( from below links ) to upgrade the firmware of your keyboard. Please be careful to download the corresponding firmware updator for your keyboard, incorrect firmware would make your keyboard unexpected error (if you upgrade a wrong firmware, please don’t worry, only need to download the correct firmware updator to upgrade your keyboard again).

[Note]Firmware updator will reset your keyboard to default settings, all your settings saved in keyboard memory will be cleared!

(*ALERT:  Please view the instruction file "!View_First.jpg" in the file folder and be careful to strickly follow the steps to finish firmware updating. Please keep your computer run and DO NOT manually stop or close the executing program when updating is in process, unexpected interrupt may cause unrecoverable failure.)

Download new firmware updator tool for iGK61

Download new firmware updator tool for iGK61p

Download new firmware updator tool for iGK62

Download new firmware updator tool for iGK64

2)Download new driver software (V5.0.0.21) and install it.

3)Download updated manual for driver software (v5.0.0.21) for reference.

4) Now you can run the new driver software (V5.0.0.21).

The program started, then was unresponsive, and seemed to finish, but now my keyb0ard is unresponsive and running the program again does nothing! Is my keyboard fried?

Sorry,  it is still not on our R&D timeline to define key-combination. Perhaps an other way may realize your idea:  you may set the macro to a key in a offline mode (e.g.  set your macro to "C" key in offline mode 2), and set Fn2 to a key (e.g. "CapsLock" key) in offline mode 1, then when you work in offline mode 1, you may press "CapsLock" + "C" to make the macro...

We confirm no password protected for it.  Could you please make a screenshot for it? let us to see if there is something wrong with it.

I guess this is a suggestion or issue with the software. The Fn toggle function works well and is a big improvment, but I've noticed there is quite a bit of lag when opening the other layer with a Fn-toggle key. The best way to see this is press the toggle button quickly, and the lighting lags behind. It still works okay, but it can get annoying.

Also, if I hold down a key and then press the toggle button, the button currently pressed is then unpressed; maybe, if a button is assigned an action on Fn1 and not Fn2, and the user holds down that key when toggling, the software will continue to hold that key. I hope this makes sense, and it's a very small issue, but it would be cool to see.
