iGK64 on boot or after restart is flashing "X" and is not responsive

Hello,

I have noticed a weird behavior, whether I boot my PC or restart my keyboard is flashing "X" and requires me to click Fn+X in order to start working. I have it connected via cable so maybe that's a case.

Is this an intended behavior?

Software will not allow programing the TAB key

If you type TAB into the Keyboard section of the Function settings it will TAB out of the field to the clear button, rather than registering the key and placing it in the field to be programmed. This means there is absolutely no way to place TAB anywhere on the board if you move it.

iGK64 backlight turning off

the rgb backlight keeps turning off after i dont use the keyboard for maybe 10 minutes. is there a way to turn off this feature so the backlight always stays on?

iGK68 not recognized on computer after wake

Hello, I am not able to use my keyboard without unplugging it and plugging it back in after my computer wakes up. I do not have this issue with any other of the iGK6x keyboards I have, only the 68. I have updated the driver, uninstalled and reinstalled, and allowing the computer to put the keyboard to sleep is not checked. I do not know where to go from here, especially as I don't have this issue with any other keyboard. Please help, thank you.
